Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for a full refund or replacement for items that are:
- Damaged or broken upon arrival
- Defective or expired
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing items from your order
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging in which you received it.
How to Request a Return (By Mail)
- Contact us at info@vedashi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
- Print the label and mail the package back to us.
Fees & Processing
- Return Shipping: Free for damaged/incorrect items.
- Restocking Fees: None.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. Items returned due to "change of mind" are not eligible for a refund.
